Office 2013 365 Error "Office can't do that right now because your product is busy with another task".

Solution:
Step 1: Uninstall Office completely from the system and then try to re-install it:Run the automated troubleshooter from the following article to remove all traces of the new Office installed on the system.

Note: If you are using a 64-bit operating system, save the 'Fix it' tool and then run it from the saved location.


Step 2 :
Check your Internet connection speed with the help of the following site.

http://www.speedtest.net
If you are using wireless connection try to use direct cable connection.
If your Internet speed is not good try to change the connection or download office from a different connection.

Step 3 :
Try to reboot your computer in clean boot.
Hold Windows key +R.
Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:
Msconfig


Under services tab hide all Microsoft Service and disable all.
Restart the computer.

Repair Office 365 installation:
Follow the steps mentioned to repair Office 365 installation:
Close all the Office applications.
Go to Control Panel< Programs and Features.
In the programs list, right click on Microsoft Office 365 program and click on Repair. Choose Online Repair option to repair the Office installation.

Step 4 :
Stop and start or restart Microsoft Office Service:
Hold Windows key +R.
Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:
services.msc

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
· In the Services list, double-click Microsoft Office Service.
· In the Windows Installer Properties dialog box, click Automatic in the Startup type list.
· Click Start, click Apply, and then click OK.
· Start the software installation.

Problem:  Setup cannot find office.en-us\dwtrig20.exe during office installation Solution: Method 1 : a) Uninstall skype form control panel. b) After installing office, re-install skype.
