A: Follow these steps:
Add the DisableTNEF registry entry. To do this, follow these steps:
Exit Outlook 2010.
Start Registry Editor.
In Windows 7, click Start , type regedit in the Search programs and files box, and then press Enter.
In Windows Vista, click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press Enter.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or provide confirmation.
In Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
Locate and then select the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Preferences
On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
Type DisableTNEF, and then press Enter.
Right-click DisableTNEF, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
Exit Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.
