Problem:
Outlook 2010 Error 0x80041003 Limited or No Connectivity.
Solution:
Repair Outlook Manually using Registry Key.
Note:Before Repairing outlook with Registry you need to disable outlook from control panel.
Open control panel-->Microsoft Office ->Right click and open change->Add Remove Feature-->Disable Outlook.
1.) Open Run Window using Window key+R.
2.) Type regedit.
3.) Take the back up of you reg from file menu and keep it on the desktop.
4.) Look for HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office.
5.)Delete all the key with the name Outlook from every folder.
6.)Look for HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office.
7.) Delete all the key with the name Outlook from every folder.
8.) Look for HKCU\Software\Wow64\Microsoft\Office.
9.) Delete all the key with the name Outlook from every folder.
After Repairing outlook with Registry you need to Enable outlook from control panel.
Open control panel-->Microsoft Office ->Right click and open change->Add Remove Feature-->Run From my computer.
Search for *.ost file in your computer delete them if you want you can keep the copy on the desktop and delete them.
Open outlook again and press F9 to Sync the outlook data again in a new ost file.
