  1. Same Excel problem here with a Win 7 Pro laptop with Office 365 installed.
I identified the problem to the presence of ZoneAlarm. When ZA is disabled the problem goes away.

  2. Same here. I shut down programs one by one until finally Zone Alarm was identified as the culprit. Windows 8.0; Office 365.

  3. I shut down Skitch and now this error has ceased, if you want to add to the list!

  4. I don't have Zone Alarm or Bing Desktop installed. I saw where someone said that closing Outlook helped them, once I closed Outlook, the problem resolved itself.

  5. Closing down Skitch did it for me. Ridiculous - I have 12 GB of RAM. Good grief.
