Solution:

If your outlook is crashing while performing send/receive then it could be because of many reasons like.
1.Corrupted Profile
2.Third party addin like bluethooth,security etc.
3.Corrupted data file.
4.Corrupted windows profile.
5.Deleting SRS file from outlook.
Method 1.
------------------------
If your outlook profile is corrupt or some emails are faulty in your webmail inbox then try this.
How to Create a New Profile with an E-mail Account
-----------------------------------------------------------
1.On the Start menu, click Control Panel.
2.Click Switch to Classic View, and then click the Mail icon.
3.In the Mail Setup dialog box, click the Show Profiles button.
4.On the General tab, click to select the Prompt for a profile to be used check box.
5.Click Add.
6.In the Profile Name box, type a descriptive name for the new profile, and then click OK.
7.In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, click Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
8.Select the appropriate server type for your new e-mail account, and then click Next.
9.Fill in the appropriate information as prompted, and then click Next and Finish as needed.
10.Click OK.


Method 2

If you are using outlook with some third party addins they could cause outlook to crashed.

1.Open file ->options.
2.Click on addins box.
3.Uncheck everything from the list.
4.Close outlook.
5.Start outlook and press F9 to get the new emails.


Method 3
----------------------------
If your data file for outlook is big in size(4Gb is recommended for outlook 2010).

1.Search for scanpst.exe in computer.
2.Scan the pst till its grayed out on scan and repair.
3.Close outlook.
4.Open and check the status.

Method 4

If all of the above didn't work then create a new windows user profile.

1.Open control panel.
2.Look for user accounts.
3.Create a new user profile.
4.Open outlook and configure your email address.
5. Check the status on new user profile if everything works then it was because of a bad user profile.

Method 5

1.Open window search.
2.Look for SRS file.(C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook)
3.Delete the file.
4.Close and open outlook.

Problem:  Setup cannot find office.en-us\dwtrig20.exe during office installation Solution: Method 1 : a) Uninstall skype form control panel. b) After installing office, re-install skype.
