Solution: Method 1: 1.Go to Administration Tools and open the "Services" tool. (You could also enter services.msc in the search box and press enter.) 2. Find the Exchange Address Book service and start it. 3. You can configure it to start automatically if you want. Method 2: By Deleting Reg Key from client computer: Remove the Group Policy or the system policy that sets the following registry entry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\MicrosoftOffice12\14\OutlookAutoDiscover Note: Take the registy back up before deleting any key.

Cannot print from office 2013 application.

Problem: Cannot print from office 2013 application. Solution: 1. open control panel and click on default programs or just search for default programs. 2. Make sure that word application should be there in the list. 3. if the application is not there and you can see other like excel,powerpoint. 4. Try to add word application in the list. 5. Right click on winword.exe(c:\program files(x86)\office 15\root\office 15\). 6. Select properties at bottom and make sure there should not be any box checked. 7.Try to make xps as a default printer from priter list. 8. Open services.msc in Run Window and restart print spooler service. Or otherwise uninstall the whole office app on your computer and reinstall it again.!!

Problem: How to password protect a PDF file in Microsoft Office Word 2013 Solution: 1. Open or create your document and click on the file menu, then click on Save As. 2. On the right hand side you will need to choose a location to save the password protected PDF. 3. Now drop down the “Save as type” box and choose PDF. 4. This will make an option button appear, click on it. 5. When the dialog box appears, you will notice the last option is to encrypt the document with a password, click this box. 6. Then you will need to create a password and click ok. 7. Now you can save the password protected PDF.

Cannot open the Outlook 2010/2013 window at all.

 Problem  Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. Solution Close Outlook. Click the Start button (Windows XP users should then click Run). Type in the following and press Enter: outlook.exe /resetnavpane If the above suggestion didn''t work you may have to reinstall outlook program from control panel or contact support administrator for help.  

Outlook 2011 for Mac won’t open and closes itself.

Problem When you open Outlook on your Mac, it opens for a brief moment and then closes. You may not see the application load up at all. Solution Hold the alt key and click on the Outlook icon on the Dock. If it is not there, go to the /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011 folder and drag the Outlook file to the Dock. The Microsoft Database Utility window will appear. Click the Rebuild button. It will now rebuild your Outlook database. Once it has finished, click the Done button. Close the Microsoft Database Utility. You should now be able to open Outlook. If this does not work, then try reinstalling Office 2011.

Set up iCloud mail account on the Windows 8 mail app or in outlook.

Problem: Modified documents cannot be saved under the same name in office 2013. Solution: This could be file compatiblity issue in office 2013 and we can change it.! To change the default settings follow the steps.! 1. Open word application. 2. Click on File -> Options. 3. Selecct Trusted Center - > Trust Center Settings. 4. Select File blocking settings. 5. Click on Restore Defaults. 6. Save the settings and close word application. 7. Open the application and see the result. You can repeat this on other applications to fix the issue.
