This could be file compatiblity issue in office 2013 and we can change it.!

To change the default settings follow the steps.!

1. Open word application.

2. Click on File -> Options.

3. Selecct Trusted Center - > Trust Center Settings.

4. Select File blocking settings.

5. Click on Restore Defaults.

6. Save the settings and close word application.

7. Open the application and see the result.

You can repeat this on other applications to fix the issue.
